A joint meeting organised by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,
East Anglia Branch, with the Essex Branches of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Speaker: David Mosey, Head of Projects and Construction
Group, Trowers & Hamlins Solicitors
David Mosey is a leading adviser
on project partnering and strategic procurement. He heads a team who have
advised on more than 80 partnered projects of values ranging from
£250,000 to £250m in both the public and private sectors.
David is author
of PPC 2000, the first standard form Project Partnering Contract, and also
drafted Heads of Terms for the CIC Guide to Project Team Partnering.
David
is chairman of the Housing Forum Procurement Working Group and a member of
the Local Government Task Force Procurement Sub-Group.
