BRANCH ANNUAL SEMINAR

"DISPUTE RESOLUTION - VIOLENCE TO AVOIDANCE"

The Chartered Institute offers training and nomination of various types of dispute resolvers and this year's seminar will not only consider the present position of the alternative routes of litigation, arbitration, conciliation and mediation which are open to disputants in the quest for resolution, but also go on to consider means of team building and dispute avoidance with some workshop sessions.

Speakers will be:

• David Simper, Chartered Arbitrator, of Simper Bibbey & Associates, Construction Contract Advisors
• Neville Tait, Chartered Arbitrator, of J N Tait Associates, Construction Consultants
• Peter Tunstill of Breeze & Wyles, Solicitors

Refreshments will be provided: morning coffee, luncheon with wine and afternoon tea.
