19:00 hrs.

- "State of the Union" Address by the President-Elect and Secretary
General
- Notices and closing (followed by supper for those Members and
Guests who have made a reservation through the Honorary Treasurer)
Committee: In accordance with the Branch Rules the following
members of the Committee will retire from office: John Barber, John
Keane, Ron Plascow, David Simper and Graham Gaskell. The first four
named have confirmed their willingness to seek re-election. Michael Buck
and Peter Hill have announced their intention to resign.
State of Union Address: Following the ordinary business, the
President Elect Jim Leckie and Director of Operations Allan Connarty
have been invited to give a State of the Union address.
Supper: The meeting will be followed at 20:45 (for those who
wish to stay) by a three-course meal at a charge of £20 (inclusive of VAT)
per person as a contribution to the cost of the meal. Members are invited
to bring their partners to the supper. Space is limited so early
application is desirable.
