Our speaker, John L. Riches FRICS FCIOB FASI FCIArb MAE, is co-author
of "Construction
Adjudication" published by LLP and is a practising adjudicator
who has been involved in many cases as adjudicator or representing one of the parties.
He will update the meeting on this popular and evolving means of
dispute resolution and discuss comments, views and questions raised.
Members from other professional
bodies are welcome.

Travelling east on the A14, take the first slip road after the Orwell Bridge, signposted Nacton and Ransome Europark. The hotel faces you, and is reached from the second exit off the roundabout: drive down to short dual carriageway to the next roundabout, where you can return to the other side. The hotel entrance is then on your left.
