"Construction Adjudication Update"
Speaker: Our Branch Chairman and Speaker is John Riches one of
the best known construction Adjudicators in this country, currently
practising as both Adjudicator and party representative. John is also
co-author of
"Construction
Adjudication - a Practical Guide" now in its second edition, and
an experienced tutor, assessor and examiner for several of the leading
Adjudicator Nominating Bodies.
Topic: “Construction Adjudication Update” is intended to be a
review of recent changes and the effect of some important recent cases on
Adjudication practice.
Members from other professional
bodies are welcome.

Travelling east on the A14, take the first slip road after the Orwell Bridge, signposted Nacton and Ransome Europark. The hotel entrance is then on your left.
